Through every joy, pain, and sorrow
The LORD be praised in all presents and tomorrows.
He gives the Breath of Life, the light to night.
He makes a narrow path for all to accept His life,
And if I may make a vain conjecture:
What is simple is most difficult.
In prayer and in meditation,
We empty the heart, empty the mind of thought.
Don't let spirits speak, not yours or another's.
Then let what speaketh speak His tongue
For nothing can deny the presence of their God,
Who permeates through every cell,
Every bone and heavenly law.
One may feel His Spirit crawl like bugs.
Pray, may one be blessed to hear the utterings.
