Blessings upon the Reader to speak as the Word.
Though I may have a wooden tongue,
Though I be slow in speech,
Let heaven pray that I have God,
The Word in my still mouth.
If through the feet doth the fool speak,
Then pray I speak as God,
Who through few words makes the whole world,
All light and dark for me.
So, I pray my speech is like God's,
Whose yoke is light and sweet.
I pray to have His Word,
In all Heaven and Earth.
