Babble is babble, but heavenly communications are from God
The tongue can bless and curse.
God gifts man hands to work.
Whether through speech or toil,
The Word of God's expressed.
By His Word much is said
Through a holy kiss,
And by His mercies on to Cain,
All speech may well be fists.
All language is just babble.
In script we're made separate,
But the force of fists and lips
All from heaven understand.
And what's more to say of music?
The choirs and instruments of Earth
May be the closest the world can get
To the bands of God's Heavens.
